My name is Dan Sell and I'm the proud owner of Next Level Fitness and founder of hanoverbootcamp.com!  I have to be completely honest with you.  

I haven't always been fit.  I haven't always known the hottest industry secrets that help clients melt fat away, build lean muscle, and help skyrocket metabolism.  Matter of fact, I used   to be morbidly obese.  At 15, I was just shy of 300 pounds and I got made fun of all the time.  Between my sophomore and junior year, I discovered how fitness could impact my confidence, health, and appearance.. and I lost 90 pounds in 3 months!  I changed my life forever and I decided that I was going to spend my life helping people get in great shape, make positive changes in their lives, and turn things around FOR GOOD!
